This wedding ceremony was very sweet and simple. It was held on the patio of the Cann Memorial Gardens in Ponca City OK. A large amount of flowers were in bloom making the back drop just breath-taking. Beautiful shade trees also covered the patio and made the Hot July day so much more enjoyable. Programs were made as fans to allow guest to fan them self durning the wedding.

~Down to the wire~
This package is designed for Brides who want to do it all, but want to enjoy their wedding day without the stress of decorating. 11:11 Events will confirm all decorating ideas with the Bride and Groom at consultation. At consultation arrangements will be made to receive all decorations from the Bride and Groom prior to the wedding date. 11:11 Events will setup the event site as requested by the Bride and Groom. Set up will be completed at least 1 hour prior to event start time.
Package includes:
~ Initial meeting plus 1 consultation
~ Set up and tear down of event

~A little assistance needed ~
This package is designed for Brides that have an idea of what they want but needs help to make their “look” happen. 11:11 Events will work with the Bride and Groom to create the perfect wedding “look”, and budget. Once the “look” has been established 11:11 Events will contact outside vendor(s) for best pricing and to find the perfect decorations to complete the “look”. The Bride and Groom will be obligated to contact the vendor(s) found by 11:11 Events to make payments and confirm delivery dates. Once items have been delivered to the Event Site 11:11 Events will take over and have the event set up as designed in prior consultations. Setup will be completed at least 1 hour prior to event start time. 11:11 Events will also be on site the day of event for an issues that may arise, and help when needed.

~ Initial Meeting plus 2 consultations
~ Set up and tear down of event
~ Assistance with Outside Vendor(s)
~ Assistance with creating wedding “look”

~At your service ~
This package is designed for Brides that have the idea of what they want their special day to look like but lack the time to make all detailed arrangements. 11:11 Events will work the Bride and Groom to create the perfect wedding “look”, and event budget. Once the “look” and event budget has been established, Budget payment will be required in full at 1st consultation to allow 11:11 Events to contact all outside vendor(s) for best pricing and decoration to complete the wedding “look”. 11:11 Events will make all delivery dates and payments to vendor(s) no action will be required from the Bride and Groom, all work will be done by 11:11 Events. Once items have been delivered to the Event Site 11:11 Events will have the room set up as designed in prior consultations. Set up will be completed at least 1 hour prior to event start time. 11:11 Events will also be on site the day of event for an issues that may arise, and help when needed, as well as one assistant of 11:11 Events.

Set up will be ready at least 1 hour prior to event start time. 11:11 Events will also be on site the day of event for an issues that may arise, and help when needed as well as two assistants of 11:11 Events.
